Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you'd like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at support@reachb4u.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

You may request permanent deletion of your REACH B4U account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion:

Email support@reachb4u.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"

Include your registered name, phone number, and email address for verification

Verified requests will be processed within 7 business days

Data that will be deleted:

Name

Email address

Phone number

Saved delivery addresses

Order history

Payment method details (if stored)

Data retention after deletion:

Certain transactional or financial records may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention requirements. After this period, such data will be permanently deleted.

Partial data deletion:
If you wish to delete specific data (e.g., saved addresses or payment details) without deleting your account, you can make a partial deletion request by emailing support@reachb4u.com.
